About the Founder

Chad Dolgin

Chad Dolgin is a construction and development professional with 20 years of experience delivering complex, large-scale projects across the United States. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and began his career with Clark Construction Group in Washington, DC, where he worked across field operations, preconstruction, estimating, purchasing, and project management, including a leadership role on CityCenterDC—the largest private development in the country at the time. Chad later joined Tishman Construction, an AECOM company, in the New York City area, leading mixed-use residential projects, before transitioning to the owner side as Vice President of Construction with RXR Realty, where he spent the past decade delivering mixed-use developments nationwide. Today, Chad leverages this full-spectrum experience to provide strategic, value-driven construction consulting from concept through completion.
